Information Resources Monitoring Systems

Corporate information and telecommunication system (ITS) integrates IT facilities, communications and engineering staff at organizational and technical level in order to deliver information and telecommunication resources and services necessary for operating, to establishments and structural divisions.

ТЕCОМ offers implementation services for Information Resources Monitoring Systems (IRMS), allowing customers to get a full account of resources utilization when exploiting ITS.

IRMS’s purpose:

• Automate the collection of data on corporate resources and services’ utilization;
• Accumulate monitoring data in an entry-level historical database to refer to when making decisions on improvement and development of ITS and enhancement of operational efficiency;
• Inventory and sort the data on information and telecommunication resources and services according to different usage parameters;
• Transform the data into single unified format (report format);
• Delivery of inventory data to customers.

IRMS’ objects:

• Local ITS networks and communication channels;
• Telecommunication and LCN ITS equipment;
• System and applied software for servers, automated workplaces and workstations;
• Hardware for servers, automated workplaces and workstations;
• Basic, system and applied services of ITS;
• Corporate division and staff.

TECOM has successfully carried out the following IRMS-related projects:

• Development and implementation of HW/SW traffic control complex for OJSC Russian Railways
• Development and implementation of automated IRMS-ITS at the Bank of Russia.
