Fault registration and management system.

IRWIn React is created specifically to register, manage and troubleshoot various faults and errors that occur in telecommunications and broadcasting networks.

It allows the user to register faults and to setup thresholds for critical values and parameters to automatically detect cases of SLA violation.

Various stages can be introduced to the process of fault management and fixing, timing and tech staff in charge assigned to different stages, and the results of their work logged.

To each particular failure case the complete set of relevant documentation can be assigned, such as instructions, still images, etc.

The users get notified via email when change of state occurs.

The multi-level reporting system of IRWIn React provides functionality and templates for various report types, such as failure summary, detailed fault reports for selected time periods, with filtering based on type of failure and/or severity.
