Since 1999 our company has been cooperating with the Harris corporation in the field of design and integration of automated broadcasting systems.
Our company has a proven track record in creating TV-studios, information channels and news production systems.
The broadcasting solutions are HW/SW Harris-based complexes which provide for the best reliability of all the system components and integration capacity.
We are the only certified Russian dealer of the HARRIS corporation which supplies the whole range of equipment for terrestrial, mobile and IP television.

Design and turnkey supply of TV studios
TECOM offers Harris ONE solution – new integrated HW/SW broadcasting complex. It is an advanced flexible and high-tech system from the world leading producer of TV solutions for all media industry issues: from production of TV-channels and content to establishment of the customer’s own terrestrial, satellite, mobile of IP television. -
Central operating room for SD - HD studio
Central operating room ensures the creation and continuous broadcasting of tv-channels. The content may be taken from proprietary programmes and tv-channels broadcasted from the head station (with the option to insert regional advertising). The solution is based on the single HW/SW complex - Harris ONE. -
Design and construction of news production system
A Harris HW/SW solution for Newsroom provides for joint content management from newsroom’s workstations, allows to process all newly added content in seconds and makes it available for all connected editing rooms as well as to manage the editing process. -
Information channels
«ÒÅCÎÌ» offers Channel ONE – a packaged turnkey solution to build a full-fledged tv-channel which combines all features of broadcasting operating facility within a single device. -
Implementation of Television control recording system
Automated TCR solution for digital and analog broadcasting companies, advertising agencies and content providers is designated to provide for 24-hour or selected recording from unlimited number of channels to disk arrays, cataloging and management of the stored audio-video content. -
Implementation of media mining system
Media Mining System processes audio data from various sources and transforms them into text. The system is able to fully automate the process of indexing live news feeds and multimedia archives in real time.
