Central operating room for SD - HD studio

Central operating room ensures the creation and continuous broadcasting of tv-channels. The content may be taken from proprietary programmes and tv-channels broadcasted from the head station (with the option to insert regional advertising). The solution is based on the single HW/SW complex - Harris ONE.

Altay regional administration	Joint creation of around- the- clock television channel “Katun’ 24”	The around-the-clock regional information channel “Katun’ 24” based on Harris Channel ONE solution was created Barnaul (Altay region) in April 2009. Works performed: turnkey delivery of Channel ONE - shipment, integration and launch of the system. The works were completed in one week.
TeleMadrid Channel (Madrid, Italy)	Participation in design and deployment of a TV-centre	TECOM engineers participated in design and deployment of the TV-centre for one of the biggest Spanish TV-channels. Works performed: integration of the new HARRIS H-Class Invenio and IMM systems with the existing news production system SONY NewsBase.
	Participation in design and deployment of news production system	Works performed: integration of the Avid iNEWS, Chyron CAMIO systems with HARRIS NewsClient.
СNN (Atlanta, USA)	Joint design and deployment of a new TV-centre	TECOM engineers were involved in design and deployment of the new tv-centre for one of the biggest US news channel. Works performed: upgrade and adaptation of HARRIS MediBase Pro system according to the customer’s business processes and integration with the customer’s traffic system.
АВС (New York, USA)	Joint design and deployment of a new TV-centre	TECOM specialists participated in design and deployment of the new TV-centre for one of the biggest US TV-channels. Works performed: integration of new tv-studio based on HARRIS solutions with Telestream video clips file transcoder.
TF1 Channel (Paris, France)	Participation in design and deployment of a TV-centre	TECOM specialists participated in design and deployment of the TV-centre for one of the biggest French TV-channels. Works performed: a unique management system for specialized on-air branding AYATO equipment was developed and integrated with the playout automation system H-Class ADC.
France3 Channel (Paris, France)	Participation in design and deployment of a TV-centre	TECOM specialists were involved in design and deployment of a tv-centre for one of the biggest channels in France. Works performed: a unique automated system of insertion and management of advertising clips consisting of 10 different applications was developed and integrated with the playout automation system H-Class ADC.
SIC Channel (Lisbon, Portugal)	Participation in design and deployment of a TV-centre	Tecom engineers were involved in design and deployment of a new television centre for one of the major channels in Germany. Works performed: integration of new Harris-based television studio with the currently used Quantel solution.
