The quality of software designed by our company meets the international quality management standards ISO 9001-2001 and СММ 3.

We are focused on efficient project management, quality improvement and we try to speed up the software development process.

In order to achieve these objectives we use innovative object-oriented RUP and UML-based methods to design and develop our product.

To improve the development process the company uses the Rational Unified Process, which warrants timely design and development of high-quality customized software within the set budget.

TECOM extensively uses such products as Rational Rose, Together and other configuration management tools.

The following quality assessment procedures corresponding with the CMM 3 standards of software quality management are performed in the company:

• Quality inspection and audit
• Assessment of business plans for software development
• Requirements assessment
• Assessment of design process
• Assessment of development process
• Assessment at the stage of integration and testing
• On-going appraisal of management process and monitoring o f the project implementation

To design expense budget and schedule for all projects we apply the Software Cost Estimation Model  - COCOMO (COnstructive COst MOdel) and function point analysis.

Our software products are designed in full conformity with ISO 9000, MIL-STD-188 and RTCA requirements.

Project leaders have had long-term placements in the American companies and constantly develop their skills taking part in training courses at companies such as Harris and Hewlett Packard. Upon completing the courses the employees are awarded certificates.

TECOM engineers use the latest project management techniques and fluently speak English to deal with foreign customers.
