Internship

Internship is one of our HR policy options for targeted teaching of students.

During the period of internship you will be involved in production processes of our company to gain working experience or upgrade your professional skills.

Internship programs are designed for full-time undergraduates (4-5 year), magistrands/post-graduate students and fresh graduates.

Internship is aimed at developing students’ creative and project-oriented thinking, communication, managerial and decision-making skills. Our goals include development of morale and self-organization among the prospective employees of TECOM.

Our company also welcomes candidates possessing the following personal qualities:

• ability to achieve set goals.

We have a well-established training system within which individual planning of employee’s professional development starts from his first weeks of employment.

TECOM offers excellent opportunities to senior grades and fresh graduates to master information technologies in the circles of professionals, to study and take part in big projects. Young specialists without work experience are given a chance to meet new challenges.

Internship at TECOM offers the following:

• to have a professional and pre-Diploma training
• to prepare graduation qualifying papers, masters’ and PHD’s theses
• to go on placements to leading companies in the sphere, including foreign firms.

Students are offered flexitime arrangements.

Workload in the framework of internship is 20 h/week.

Starting work for the company the intern is paid the minimal scholarship. His/her performance is evaluated monthly and if he/she shows good results he/she may expect a  pay rise.

The best interns are welcome to join our company on a regular basis and can successfully move up the corporate ladder in future.
